Whether it's trekking through the ever-changing landscape, unwinding at the water's edge or strolling through our historic downtown to shop and eat, your next visit to our area has abundant possibilities!

Every year, the much anticipated Huntsville Festival of the Arts brings the best performers in the fields of music, dance and theatre to town for two glorious months of entertainment for all ages.
With headline performers such as Huntsville phenom singer Hawksley Workman, the Downchild Blues Band, Jim Cuddy, John McDermott, Celtic sensation Natalie MacMaster, rising songstress Serena Ryder and country rockers Doc Walker, the 2009 Festival promises to be an amazing entertainment experience for everyone this summer. In addition to enhancing the performing arts scene the Festival has taken on a leadership role in the year round support and encouragement of arts in education. Working at both the Public and High School levels the Festival underwrites workshops, offers scholarships and funds a variety of arts learning opportunities.
